OUR RULES ARE SIMPLE -  HOW TO ENTER

1. All you need to do is email info@inthesaltflymag.com.au with your SALTWATER FLY FISHING PHOTO and we will choose the winner before each new issue is launched.

2. Photo needs to be in the saltwater or saltwater environment (no fresh water pics please)

3. The photograph/s submitted must be either of you or taken by you.

4. Each submitted photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Competition entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that he or she has full power and authority to enter the photograph, and that the photograph does not infringe any copyright or violate any other intellectual property rights.

5. Entrants must have an Australian residential address or PO Box to send the prize to.

6. By participating, ALL ENTRANTS grant In The Salt – Fly Fishing Magazine and their designers a non-exclusive, worldwide license, through 30 June 2020, to reproduce, distribute, display and post the entries online or in any media now or hereafter, including but not limited to, print or digital publication. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.

7. You may enter any number of entries, but each entry must be submitted individually.

8. The decision of the Judges is final and binding. 

9. The winners will be announced on Facebook, Instagram and by email.

10. By entering you agree to be contacted by In The Salt Fly Mag and Brightroom Photographic Art
